(CS4U) LIFE

![]() Life "Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the desert and streams in the wasteland." If you're like most people, you want to be in control. You want things to happen according to your wishes and according to your timetable. But sometimes, God has other plans... and He always has the final word. All of us experience adversity and pain. As human beings with limited knowledge, we can never fully understand the will of our heavenly Father. But as believers in a compassionate God, we must always trust His providence. When Jesus went to the Mount of Olives, as described in Luke 22, He poured out His heart to God. Jesus knew the agony that He was destined to endure, but He also knew that God's will must be done. We, like our savior, force trials that bring fear and trembling to the very depths of our souls, but like Christ, we too must ultimately seek God's will, not our own. Are you embittered by a personal tragedy that you did not deserve and cannot understand? If so, it's time to make peace with life. It's time to forgive others, and, if necessary, to forgive yourself. It's time to accept the unchangeable past, to embrace the priceless present, and to have faith in the promise of tomorrow. It's time to trust God completely and reclaim peace – His peace. Prayer |

(CS4U) MORNING TIME-SAVER
Now there's a solution for the less pleasant part (which we suspect may be why some people avoid smoothies in the first place): cleaning the blender. All that pulp, all those seeds (from your beloved all-season frozen berries), all that time down the drain. "After you pour your drink, take the pitcher straight to the sink. Put in a little water and a drop of dish soap, put it back on the blender, and turn it on for 20 seconds. Rinse it out and you're done."
