Submarine base there for Soviet army. Now I live in St. Petersburg (Санкт-Петербург). I wish to no answer questions for wife, girlfriend, children. I in USA one trip many years past. I no hear of Boise Idaho. It in USA? I work the daily paper . Also assist tourists to locate accommodations. I certain you good detective. Many Russian police not much honest.
