Hi Nancy and whoever's here,

 

I myself haven't been posting very much in the last few years but have always really had a heart for this group.  Thus, I hate to see the possibility of the list folding.  This especially to Paul: is there anything we can try to get it going again, at least somewhat?

 

I'll do my best to keep in touch, otherwise, with those who know me.  There've been a lot of personal issues going on with me and it's been difficult to get the energy to email or phone anybody.  I do, however, want to aim to reach out: in here being one such place if we can manage to keep the group going.

 

And just a personal note: I turned 50 today but still feel as youthful as ever.  Time will tell whether I can keep that up for my 60th in 2021 which, if I'm not mistaken will fall on a Sunday.

 

So as far as the group, let's see what happens now and hopefully, some of us will continue to keep in touch.

Feel free to keep in touch with me, I am using nancy@thebarrypatch.com for my non group email now.  I haven't posted in a long time, I saw it was dwindling down.  I hate to see this, but I have seen it happen in other Christian singles groups.  When the group owners get married, the group usually falls apart or someone else takes over.  I have been reading, but haven't posted, I feel bad I didn't post, now.

We used to have a great group and it was a huge source of encouragement for me.  I just didn't like the messages being available through google searches.  That creeped me out.
