(CS4U) The wonder car is dead

Yeppers, my car with 343,000 miles is toast....well, the engine is.  Don't know if I'll ever be able to buy another vehicle and I can't afford to replace the engine.  So, it looks like my days of jumping in my car and hitting the road are over :(    On the other hand, the credit union has approved my request to refinance my house at a lower rate and my house payments are more than half what I've been paying, so that's a real blessing!    It's been one of those good news/bad news kind of days.   Just had to share :) ((hugs)) pk   A child should always say what's true And speak when he is spoken to, And behave mannerly at table; At least as far as he is able.
