Morning Reflections Luke 24:45. Then opened he their understanding; that they might understand the scriptures.   Thought for the Day: Understanding Is Essential   Reflection for the Day: Place Yourself At His Feet And Ask Him For Understanding   The disciples were in a terrible state. They were completely confused, incapable of understanding what they were witnessing. They saw what appeared to be impossible; their Lord who was dead was now alive. Their bewilderment ended only when Jesus gave them understanding of the scriptures.   Your ability to function successfully, within the Kingdom of God, is dependent on your understanding of the scriptures. Place yourself before the Lord and ask Him to open up your understanding of the Word. Your future depends upon it.
