(CS4U) Daily Worship - Children of God - Third Day

Well, been running all day and it's not over yet.  Time to take a breath and spend a moment at the foot of the cross.  It's nice there, isn't it?  It's the place where we first received the salvation of God and it's where we go back to renew our love and express our gratitude.     Children of God (But when the fullness of the time came, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the Law, in order that He might redeem those who were under the Law, that we might receive the adoption as sons.  And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, crying, "Abba!  Father!"  Galatians 4:4-6)   Praise to the Father of our Lord, Jesus Christ Our God and our King, to Him we will sing In His great mercy, He has given us life Now we can be called the children of God   Great is the love that the Father has given us He has delivered us He has delivered us   Chorus: Children of God, sing your song and rejoice For the love that He has given us all Children of God, by the blood of His Son We have been redeemed and we can be called Children of God Children of God   A mystery is revealed to the universe The Father above has proven His love Now we are free from the judgment that we deserve And so we are called the children of God   Great is the love that the Father has given us He has delivered us He has delivered us   Chorus   We are the saints We are the children We've been redeemed We've been forgiven We are the sons and daughters of our God (Repeat)   Chorus   Children of God Children of God   We are the saints We are the children We've been redeemed We've been forgiven We are the sons and daughters of our God (Repeat)     Thank You, Father, for the gift of the Son and the Spirit that declares our adoption crying Abba, Father!  What greater gift could You give us?  Salvation and a place in Your family!  Everything else is a poor second.  We bow before You in gratitude and praise.  Lifting our voices in the name of our beautiful Savior, Jesus Christ, amen!
