Thanks Sue,
I am lucky so far this year. I have had to modify everything I do to be able to
work as much as I need to. The best thing I did was my New Years Resolution
to "Nap When Tired". I have spent twice as much time sleeping as I used to!
And it is making a difference with my immune system so far! Who knew
sleeping was so important!
Also taking more Vitamin D.
