(CS4U) Prayer for Carl

PaulO is asking for prayers for Carl. He took Carl to the Doctor this am, they told them to go on to the ER.   Carl is in Liver Failure. He has edema from his chest down. He had been complaining to Paul about the swelling in his legs, and that is what they went to the DR for.......Paul said that when Carl put on the hospital gown that he looked like he was pregnant. He, also said that the nurse mentioned Carl's coloring being yellow,,,,   He has been placed in Intensive Care and is NPO (nothing by mouth). He is expected to be in ICU for about 4 days.   So many questions right now..... Depending on the amount of damage done, Carl will be placed on a Liver transplant list.   Thanks everyone sue
